Plot: Unable to determine the crucial PAPP-A protein--the principal biochemical marker of Down syndrome--the blissful newlywed couple of Petros and Eleni find themselves before an unforeseen and equally cruel dilemma: take the future of their newborn boy in their hands. In the agonising days following the unfortunate childbirth, the desperate father will reach out to his connections, bent on finding answers and a way out of the insufferable burden; however, his is a perilous path, as a heavy cloak of ambiguity shrouds the always controversial ethics of euthanasia. Is it ever right to end a life?
