Plot: An intelligence operative discovers that no one is what they seem in the shadowy world of espionage.
Alternative Plot: Ex-CIA operative Jack Foster (Steven Seagal) has retired from a life of espionage and lives quietly, teaching martial arts at a local dojo. At the end of a relaxing vacation in Romania, Foster's father-in-law falls victim to a car bomb, and his daughter is kidnapped by a mysterious woman. As Foster struggles to rescue her and bring the responsible parties to justice, he finds himself caught in a web of government corruption -- and suddenly in the possession of a deadly biological weapon.
