Plot: Lady Winsley, an American novelist, is murdered in Büyükada, an island in the Prince archipelago in Turkey. Inspector Fergün arrives from Istanbul to head the investigation. With the help of the innkeeper, the beautiful Azra, he has to deal with the well-kept secrets of this small corner of the country with its numerous taboos, strong family ties, ancient traditions and ethnic diversity that is broader than people's minds.
