Intent on milking Charles Dickens' Scrooge (1951) for every drop of profit and personal success, the miserly curmudgeon and IBC's obnoxious president, Frank Cross, plans his own live adaptation on Christmas Eve. Alone and loveless, the tyrannical executive has burned all bridges with everyone, and, especially, his family; however, one little wake-up call from an unexpected ally and a stealthy nocturnal visitation of the three ghosts of Christmas past, present, and future is bound to show him the evil of his ways.
