Plot: The Mystery Inc. gang travel to Japan for Daphne's martial arts tournament, and stumble upon the mystery of the Black Samurai. The only way to defeat him is by solving riddles and fighting ninjas, and the ones you'd least expect to end up saving the day.
Alternative Plot: While in Tokyo for a martial arts tournament, Scooby (Frank Welker), Shaggy (Casey Kasem) and the rest of the Mystery Inc. gang (Mindy Cohn, Grey DeLisle), are confronted by the Black Samurai (Kevin Michael Richardson), an evil spirit who was vanquished in ancient Japan but has been mysteriously resurrected. In order to defeat the samurai, the gang will have to beat him in a treasure hunt across Asia, solving riddles and fighting a host of ninjas along the way.
