Plot: Honest, hard-working, and above all, incorruptible, the conscientious civil engineer, Ilias Boudounas, finds himself between a rock and a hard place. On the one hand, his wife, Lina, keeps pressing him to take matters into his own hands and enjoy the fruit of his labour--while on the other hand--both his director and a rapacious entrepreneur would love to see Ilias approve their plans. Either way, Ilias would have to renounce his principles on account of self-interest. Will Ilias finally yield to temptation?
