Plot: In the dark years of the German Occupation of Greece, Anna becomes separated from her only son, Dimitris, after the untimely demise of her wealthy husband. As a result, her mother-in-law takes the boy with her to raise him. However, grown-up Dimitris, the last offspring of an old family of aristocrats, leaves his home and his authoritarian grandmother to become a singer. Suddenly, after reaching the peak of his career, rich and famous Dimitris disappears without a trace. Is there a terrible secret behind Dimitris unaccountable disappearance??
