Plot: After an accident, government Agent Daniel Leight, gains the ability of super-speed and goes after an old friend turned nemesis. Lightspeed's scaly nemesis is a mutated terrorist, half-man, half-snake called Python. But when Leight's radiation treatments are sabotaged, he discovers that he has the ability to move at hyper speeds only by risking potentially fatal metabolic damage.
