Plot: The story centers on a small-town Sheriff who witnesses what he believes is a kidnapping, and rushes to rescue a woman. The kidnappers turn out to be F.B.I. Agents assigned to protect her and deliver her to a big Enron-type corruption trial in Chicago, but are later found to be on the take and are villains who are bent on killing her.
Alternative Plot: During a routine patrol in his small town, Deputy Larry Stalder (Larry the Cable Guy) intervenes when he sees a woman (Ivana Milicevic) held against her will by four men in black. The woman, Madeleine, is the key witness in a high-profile FBI case and her supposed captors are the agents assigned to guard her. Larry suspects the agents are crooked, however, and takes Madeleine to Chicago, where he hopes to solve the case himself.
