Escape to Witch Mountain (1975)

Plot: Blessed with unusual psychokinetic powers, the young siblings, ten-year-old, Tia, and her twelve-year-old brother, Tony, find themselves in an orphanage, suffering from amnesia. But, before long, their extraordinary gifts will draw the attention of the greedy millionaire, Aristotle Bolt, who wants to profit from Tia and Tony by taking control of their special powers. Now, the teens are in the clutches of the unstoppable megalomaniac, and their only chance at freedom lies in the hands of the sceptical camper, Jason O'Day, and a strange, forgotten place. Can they find the answers they seek in the heart of the mystical Witch Mountain?

Alternative Plot: Tony (Ike Eisenmann) and Tia Malone (Kim Richards) are two orphaned siblings with extraordinary psychic powers. When their abilities attract the attention of a cruel millionaire, Aristotle Bolt (Ray Milland), he kidnaps them with plans to exploit their powers for financial gain. Tony and Tia escape, and with the help of Jason O'Day (Eddie Albert), a bitter widower camping in a nearby Winnebago, they attempt to elude Bolt and begin to discover their otherworldly origins.
