Plot: With his alcoholic former wife, Cindy, always absent, the young single father, Ethan, is trying his best to bring up his three-year-old son, Nate, all by himself. However, as the father and son embark on a bonding trip in the snow-covered wilderness of the Rocky Mountains, one wrong decision and a momentary lapse of judgment seal Nate's fate, resulting in his disappearance. Now, tragedy and profound guilt divide the close-knit, working-class community of Angels Crest, as the fading boundaries between right and wrong throw the town into confusion.
