Plot: The President of an African country decrees that the Arms budget will be diverted in to the "Water For All", project. The journalist, Michael Power, discovers a Coup set by the arms dealers.
Alternative Plot: While journalist Michael Power is writing an article on the African water shortage he uncovers links with government corruption and the international arms trade and will stop at nothing to unmask the perpetrators. Soon he's in danger as the links go right to the very top.
